Snapfish – Photo Keepsakes

So if you haven’t heard, Gaeton and I are getting married!! I’m just kidding, I know you all know we are getting married because I never. stop. talking about it. But I don’t care!!! It’s so freaking exciting!

As we all know though, weddings are not easy to plan, and I am a terrible planner to begin with so I knew from the get go I would need to make a plan to stay organized! Once you go blonde… Styled by Emma – @emmaisastylist

Today I got my hair colored and styled by Emma (@Emmaisastylist) and I cannot say enough good things about her. Not only is she EXTREMELY talented, but she is such an awesome person to hang out with as well! Getting your hair done by Emma is like catching up with an old friend you haven’t seen in a while. Never awkward or uncomfortable, but rather as if you were picking up a conversation you had left off a while back. And let’s be real, some of us spend hours with our stylists, this is important people!!

When getting your hair done by a new stylist, most of the time you are sitting back watching them throw all sorts of crazy stuff on your hair without any real knowledge of what they’re doing (At least I don’t). In my experience, you are mostly just sitting there with your fingers crossed and holding onto faith that they know what they’re doing! Most of the time you’ll end up fine, but sometimes you don’t, and that – well, sucks. When it came to getting my hair done by Emma, she made sure that I was aware and educated on each step in the process. Not only did this help educate me on different aspects of hair coloring, but it also gave me a sense of security that not only was she knowledgeable, but she was also considerate and empathetic to the anxiety that some people (like myself) feel while getting their hair done.

Emma is local to the Philly area and currently works out of a Salon called Studio by Blush Salon where she specializes in dimensional coloring. She is currently accepting new clients but with her skills I am sure she will book up fast! Give her a follow on Instagram and set up your appointment today! life update october 18th

YA GIRL GOT. A. JOB. !!! I am currently nannying for two amazing families. I watch an 8 month old baby girl in the mornings, and a 4th and 7th grader in the afternoon/evenings. They are great! The struggle was worth the wait because I am happier than I have ever been post grad. OH, and we picked a wedding date!! I’ll be becoming a Carminati on November 1st 2019! Woooh! I look forward to sharing my little life updates with you guys. As long as you keep listening, I’ll keep writing!
